Name: Niall O'Shaughnessy
Appointment: Conference and Events Manager
The Clarion Hotel Cork has announced the appointment of Niall O'Shaughnessy to the role of Conference and Events Manager. Niall joined the Clarion Hotel, Cork team in March 2008 as HR Assistant having previously worked as Conference and Banqueting Manager in the Oriel Hotel, Ballincollig and as Duty Manager with Ruby Jones Bar and Restaurant in Douglas.

Niall holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice and has recently completed a Bachelors Degree in HR from CIT.

Niall will be responsible for developing and managing all events in the hotel as well as liaising with clients to ensure the highest standards assured in the Clarion Cork Hotel are met. Niall looks forward to welcoming all the existing clients and new clients to the Events centre over the next few months.
