Soon after opening his new studios, John married the love of his life Anne and today the two work side by side at the Inspire studio. Having previously worked as a design manager at Monsoon, Anne has always had an eye for fashion and a clear sense of what the customer needs and she liases with each client on all aspects of their photography requirements. Also having a keen interest in photography, she has learned a lot under the guidance of her husband and works alongside John to capture the more intimate moments of each wedding such as photographing the bride as she adds the final touches to her look on the morning of her special day.

Working together, John and Anne view each wedding venue in advance of the big day  and plan in advance which shots they will take and where as well as what lenses John will need on the day.

On the day itself, the two work together to capture the bride and groom from as many aspects as they can for example with John often positioning himself at the front of the church and Anne to the rear as the bride walks up the aisle. Their team work also comes into play when producing the couples albums with Anne keeping contact with the bride and groom to help them choose which shots they prefer while John develops and finishes their chosen photographs.

John, who captures the vast majority of photographs on the day, has a special talent for using creative angles and other photographic techniques, and takes pride in taking very unique and ultimately modern photographs at every event.

He believes what sets him apart from other photographers is his ability to capture his clients at their best, a talent he takes great pride in. It is this ability combined with his use of the best technologies, his passion for his work and most importantly ‘teamwork’ that John attributes to the success of his business. “Teamwork is the reason Anne and I are so successful  as together we can create and produce the complete package,” he said.
