When Brook Catering was established in June 2006, they divided their market carefully into three main areas: Onsite Restaurant Catering, Corporate Catering and Event Management.

The company, which is headed up by Liam Murphy Managing Director of The Shelbourne Group, the former executive chef of the Fitzpatrick's Group, Kieran Callinan Operations Manager who oversee all aspects of Menu Setting, Health & Safety and Food & Beverage Service and Sharon O'Donoghue as the Sales & Marketing Manager, collectively have over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry, all coming from a five star hotel background. It comes as no surprise then to learn that, naturally, those behind Brook Catering believe in bringing a five star experience to any venue or location you should happen to choose.

"We are the dedicated Event Management Company. We have worked with several multinational companies for the last 2 years on creating and managing a number of events for them," says Sharon.

Our aim is to provide our customers the finest service, the best food, without unnecessary costs. We want to improve the quality of life of all our customers and employees by only using nutritious, in season freshly cooked food produce sourced locally Being a premier Catering Company does not mean being the biggest but it does mean being the best in terms of customer service, customer value and employee talent.

"We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, all our produce are sourced locally and freshly prepared daily. The standard and variety of menus will cater for all users of your restaurants. We believe in providing our clients with traditional home cooked meals, ranging from our freshly made scones and breads daily to the sauces that are served with our main course. Our menus are tailored to suit all dietary requirements, offering you healthy and tasty options," she added.

In their first year of business Brook Catering secured the Rose of Tralee International Ball which was attended by over 950 guests. For this event not only did they provide the service of Five Course Choice Dinner, they also created the design and décor of the Dome in Tralee. The committee were clearly impressed by their efforts, as they have retained the services of Brook's again for 2008, with a forecasted attendance of 1100 guests.

Since their success at the Rose of Tralee, Brook Catering have secured a number of other notable clients, including Ferrero Ireland Ltd ("We started in Ferrero in November 2007, where we provide a daily Restaurant Service to all it's employees"), The Mercy Hospital ("We managed and catered for all their events in 2007 as they celebrated 150th years. Events ranged from Family Fun Day in Fitzgerald Park, In House Conference's and their Gala Ball in City Hall last November attended by over 550 Guests") and Crosshaven House ("We are the preferred Catering & Event Management Company of Crosshaven House, where we have managed several events in 2007 ranging from Product Launches, Weddings to One off Exclusive Parties and Events").

"We have wide range of suppliers available to us to make any event unique," says Sharon when explaining the broad appeal of Brook's. "We will work with you to create a theme that will make your event stand out. Our design theme will work on the logistics of sourcing temporary marquee structures, design concept, staging, set design, lighting, sound and audio visual requirements. We will take care of all aspects of administration for the event if required this includes invitation and ticket design, postage and management of RSVP's.

"We provide a range of ancillary services that includes security, parking, transportation and sourcing of suitable accommodation for Guests. Brook Catering is very focused on developing its Onsite Staff Restaurants Business also. In these times of every increasing cost and with all companies focused on reducing their costs we are committed to helping companies reduce their costs.

"We can help companies to reduce the costs of their canteen by at least 20% in a year without compromising quality and if anything improving the quality of their product offered to its employees. We have a proven track record of cost reduction. We bring a traditional home cooked product to our canteen, all our food produce are sourced locally using local suppliers to bring the fresh quality healthy food to our customers."
