He said that the reason Foot Solutions can cater for clients from so many backgrounds and with so many different needs is thanks to their trained consultants who understand feet and all of the problems that they may encounter.

"Through the use of our high-tech foot scanning equipment we can provide a gait analysis and test for pressure points on your feet.

"From there we can recommend shoes or indeed custom-made arch supports that will give you a unique solution just for you.

"We are very customer focused and on average spend 45 minuets with each customer," he said.

In addition Foot Solutions has a state of the art Pedorthic laboratory and Training facility and in Atlanta Georgia which is headed by Dr William Faddack DPM.

The Cork store was officially opened by the US Ambassador Thomas C Foley in the company of Cork Lord Mayor Cllr Donal Counihan and Seán Óg Ó hAilpín last October and is thriving ever since. i work in finland and i am on my feet all day on a building site i have a high in step and my feet are getting sore will the shoes help and i would need work boots i come home next week 4 one week only
