Ellenora Lynch has joined BiznetCork Skillnet as Network Manager, with overall responsibility for the management and coordination for the BiznetCork Skillnet.

Cork Chamber has been a key driver in the success of BiznetCork Skillnet, having identified affordable and quality training as a need within the membership of the Chamber. BiznetCork Skillnet with the support of Cork Chamber has facilitated the delivery of extensive training to its members since its inception in 2003.

Ms Lynch brings with her considerable experience in training and development, having worked in this area for several years. She is also an experienced programme manager who has managed complex projects, both at home and overseas. Ms Lynch has previous experience of Skillnets, having managed the IFA Skillnet from 2003 - 2005. She has worked overseas for the last number of years in the area of programme management and capacity building.

She holds a BAgrSc from University College Dublin, and qualifications in Training & Development and Project Management. The BiznetCork Skillnet is funded by member companies and the Training Networks Programme, an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
