For the first time ever, eBay.ie, the dedicated Irish eBay website, is bringing its hugely successful eBay University to Cork. This one-evening introductory training course, 'The Selling Basics', will take place on Tuesday, April 15 in University College Cork. Open to all eBay users with one feedback, the course is designed to equip them with the skills to help them buy and sell on eBay.ie. The course is designed with all in mind, from first-time sellers to the more experienced trader looking to earn a little extra pocket money or pay the rent. Key elements of the course include the sharpening of selling skills and allows participants to share tips with other eBayers to make their eBay.ie experience more successful and profitable. eBay.ie tutors will also be on hand to answer questions and offer advice on individual queries. University tutors on the day include Áine Murphy, eBay.ie education officer, who says, "The Cork community is very important to eBay and we are thrilled to be holding our first eBay University in Cork. Cork people are great ebayers with the county outperforming the rest of Ireland in the sale of mobile phones and accessories in the 2007 eBay.ie All Ireland." The 'Selling Basics' University will take place in University College Cork, Cork on Tuesday, April 15 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Registration will take place from 6.00pm - 6.30pm. The cost for the evening course is €40 per person and includes refreshments and course materials. For further details or to book your place at visit www.ebay-education.ie.
