Empower Ltd, the Irish owned performance management solutions company, headed up by Raomal Perera, has delivered a bespoke Strategic Human Resources solution to Cork-based Webprint, one of Ireland’s largest independent printers.

Empower’s Fergus Barry worked with Webprint to design the company’s Strategic Human Resource Management processes including the leading edge team structure, recruitment, performance management systems, training & development and issues management.

Empower’s Pact HR integrated HRIS product suite was deployed by Webprint to fully automate the company’s HR processes providing increased transparency, efficiency and productivity across the workforce.
