The new organisation brings together a broad portfolio of national and international clients and has a combined revenue of approximately €5 million, with O'Sullivan PR now trading as a division of the newly expanded H+A. H+A Marketing Group already boasts a strong reputation in the development and delivery of innovative marketing solutions. The merger with O'Sullivan PR serves to further expand the organisation's range of services. This merger forms part of H+A Marketing Group's ambitious three-year growth programme, under which organic growth will be supplemented with strategic acquisitions. Currently H+A's primary customer base is located in Ireland, but the company also has a well-established and growing list of clients and projects in the United States. "This merger creates a new standard of marketing communication agency in Ireland," said H+A Chief Executive, Brian Healy. "Beyond the basic synergies that accrue from the amalgamation of two successful and complementary firms, H+A now hosts the full spectrum of marketing communication services in-house and can execute programs at the highest international levels." "The benefits to current clients, and the new market opportunities were immediately apparent as we began talks with H+A," according to O'Sullivan PR Managing Director, Ann-Marie O'Sullivan. "Both companies now have greater access to resources, expertise, and strategic insight, as well as an increased ability to compete for high value projects. Ultimately we're creating a new standard of business in this industry, with clear strategic and tactical advantages for both current and future clients." Ann-Marie O'Sullivan will now join the H+A board as Executive Director with responsibility for the O'Sullivan PR Division. The consultancy's founder, Robin O'Sullivan, also joins the board as a non-Executive Director. The six-person board of H+A Marketing Group is chaired by Harry Lorton, former CEO of TSB Bank and permanent tsb and also includes Executive Director Pat Kierans, Managing Director of H+A Connect and non-Executive Director Sorcha Holohan. |
