With Property4u, Tony has made a fundamental change - you pay a one off up-front fixed fee of €999 plus VAT for their service, which includes advertising in both the Cork Weekly and the Cork Independent newspapers, listing of your property on property4u.ie, Daft.ie and Propertynews.com and a for sale sign erected outside your property. They also handle all calls and viewings for you, provide full colour professional brochures and a comprehensive before and after sales service.
