Public auction fast approaching amid increased interest
A range of properties from across Cork will be going under the hammer at the end of the month.
The Munster Property Auction has noted a sharp increase in enquiries from buyers over the past few weeks.
Patrick Convey of The Munster Property Auction said: “There has been an increase in enquiry levels during the month of October compared to the months of August and September.”
Mr Convey also said that in addition to dealing with local buyers, there has been a large number of buyers from around Ireland, UK and also further afield.
“Many of these buyers are looking to secure their ideal property before the end of the year,” he said.
After a successful year of auctions to date, the auction group is expecting the vast majority of the properties offered on Thursday 29 November to be sold.
Mr Convey added: “With the high demand we are currently experiencing, now is a great time to market properties and we have thousands of registered applicants looking to buy.”
