More than 80 female members of the Cork Society of Chartered Accountants (CSCA) will attend ha special fashion and beauty evening at the Clarion Hotel tonight (Thursday, September 25). At the event, which has been organised by the CSCA in conjunction with Brown Thoms, Cork women will get an insight into key fashion and make-up trends for Autumn/Winter 2008 as well as tips and advice from some of the city's leading experts on fashion, make-up and skin care. For beauty junkies, a team of professional image consultants and make-up artists from Brown Thomas will be giving health and beauty demonstrations on the night using leading products such as Laura Mercier, Jo Malone, Crème de La Mer and Nails Inc. For the fashion conscious, the Brown Thomas team of Personal Shoppers will also be present on the night to offer expert advice on how to look your best this season and how to dress to suit your shape and colouring. Speaking in advance of the event, co-ordinator of the CSCA, Mary Rose Desmond, said, "As well as being a fun and pampering evening out, the event is also a valuable networking opportunity for female members of the CSCA - who now account for 40% of the organisations local membership." |
