This year's Autumn/Winter collection at premium high-street brand Wallis is truly synonymous with glamour. Taking inspiration from the disco-inspired hedonistic era of Studio 54, this season's trends come in a colourful palette of jet black, lacquered red and saturated purple. The high-octane look features the new shape jumpsuit, the gold sequin wrap dress and the sexy draped jersey. Gold trims, 1970's retro buckles and dramatic jewellery underline this sultry nocturnal glamour. The long black military coat encapsulates this season's look. It offers a sharp and modern take on historical costume dressing, with black and ivory for dramatic impact shot through with highlights of gold. Faux furs dominate wardrobes this season-sheepskin, mink and mongolian appear as outerwear or luxe eye-catching trims. Earthy tones keep the collection warm with highlights of rust worn with chocolate, ivory and caramel. |
