Speaking about the award, John Scannell, Service Manager, remarked: "In these challenging times the quality of the service and after sales commitment is increasingly important and customer satisfaction has always been at the forefront of CAB's vision". Mr Scannell continued, "This award is of particular importance to us, as the selection process is determined by our local and very loyal customers across Cork and Munster. These customers recognise that they have received excellent standards of service and after sales care. It is also a testament to the consistency of our service standards that we have received the award for two years running ". The Chairman's Award, which is celebrating its 19th year, is awarded in recognition of an outstanding commitment to Ford’s Customer Satisfaction Performance (CSP) programme, which was put in place in Europe in 1987. The CSP programme includes a number of categories such as convenient vehicle service, quality of service, test drive facilities, after sales service and availability of car finance. Constructive customer feedback is gathered from service and sales questionnaires and subsequently graded -with the highest average score deciding the winner. |
