Aldi reopens in Cobh

Wednesday, 4th October, 2017 5:53pm

Aldi will today reopen its Cobh store following an extensive refurbishment project.

The store was temporarily closed in September to redevelop it as an Aldi 'Future Store'. It has received a full makeover and features a new layout, including a new in-store bakery. There is 40 per cent more fridge space, a wide selection of fresh food now at the front of the store and new signage.

The shop floor size has been increased by almost 50 per cent, also.

To celebrate the reopening of Aldi’s Cobh store customers will be treated to goodies throughout the morning. RedFM’s Red Patrollers will also be on site with entertainment and games for the kids, while five shoppers will have the chance to scoop €100 in Aldi shopping vouchers each. The store will be open from 9am.
