Colourful retailer opening in Mahon

An Australian stationery retailer is set to open its first store in Cork next week. 

Smiggle arrived onto Irish shores earlier this year, with Cork’s Mahon Point playing host to the fifth new store opening in 2017.

The bold and bright new store in Mahon Point may fans who will be able to add a unique bit of sparkle this Christmas with an array of exciting Smiggle products.

Smiggle say that it is dedicated to creating original, fun and affordable stationery for all ahead of the festive season.

Managing Director of Smiggle, John Cheston, said: “With over 120 stores now open in the UK and Ireland, Smiggle has proved to be a real success with consumers. We are thrilled to be introducing our products to local areas and giving fans greater opportunity to purchase our unique products.

“There really is nothing like Smiggle anywhere else on the high street – and it will be great to see the public’s reaction in Cork on 15 December.

“It’s important for us to inject fun into everything we do – from product design to store design, we will always focus on delivering to our fans the most original and playful stationery possible. We know how important it is to have the right tools for festive fun," said Mr Cheston.
