The Lord Mayor of Cork Councillor Brian Bermingham has been branded a hypocrite and accused of continuously failing to show respect by his former driver.
Patrick Buckley drove Cllr Brian Bermingham and his predecessor Cllr Donal Counihan before being let go by his employers Abbey Chauffeurs in January.
The company, who are contracted by Cork City Council to provide a driver to the Lord Mayor, cited the economic downturn as the reason for letting Buckley go in January.
