This is a huge house with a major ‘wow’ factor. This home is very elegant, with beautifully appointed living areas and large private gardens to the front and rear. The lounge/dining room has a Portuguese marble fireplace, lovely bay window, corniced ceiling and a sliding glass door to the large tiled conservatory.

The family room also has a fireplace with a gas fire. The solid oak cabinets do justice to the size of the kitchen, and there’s a utility room which is plumbed for appliances. Guest bathroom is also downstairs.

Bedroom one is ensuite with wall-to-wall built-in wardrobes; bedroom two has a very cleverly mirrored wall which doubles the size of the room, bedrooms three and four are also good sizes (and have built in wardrobes-storage space will never be a problem in this house).

Up on the second floor, via a cool spiral staircase, you’ll find an entire suite with an open plan lounge, ensuite bathroom off the fifth bedroom and again, lots of storage space. The grounds of the home are fabulous; originally purchased as a double site, they feature mature plantings, a host of trees, lawns to the front, rear and side and external security lighting.

The existing planning permission will allow for a single storey extension, and there are detailed plans for a swimming pool, lounge area and full length kitchen/dining area available for inspection.

The area is very desirable, and the home really speaks for itself. All in all a truly spectacular house; viewing is by appointment only.
