This listed Georgian seaside villa is quietly tucked away in mature woodland and offers panoramic harbour views. Set in total privacy on the shores of Great Island and at the eastern end of Cobh, Cliff Cottage is surrounded by its own historic woodlands and gardens.

Built in 1820, the property comprises entrance hall, rear lobby, pantry-store, old kitchen, dining room, kitchen, lounge, original staircase, bathroom, toilet and four bedrooms.

Floored in original terracotta tiles, the entrance hall features an original staircase and 9' high ceiling. Overlooking the harbour, the dining room has a polished pine floor and large fireplace with heavy cast iron wood burning stove.

Three of the bedrooms boast a Victorian fireplace. One of the bedrooms has views of the harbour, while another features a full range of fitted bookshelves.

Outside, a flag-stone terrace overlooking the harbour provides a superb setting for outdoor entertaining. From the terrace, steps lead down a private path to Kitchen Cove beach.
