2009: a game of survival
Thursday, 21 January 2010
Image

The Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) released its annual property survey for 2009 recently with the general consensus being that it was "one of the bleakest and dismal years the market has ever experienced in this country. Activity levels stagnated across virtually all sectors, while capital values continued to fall.
