A new survey from the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) brings with it hope and optimism for real estate agents and sellers all over the country. The study for the first quarter of 2010 was conducted amongst the organisations members and results suggest that levels of activity have picked up across the country. The majority of respondents surveyed nationally reported increases in "instructions, enquiries, viewings and offers".
