Digital insights can help to better know customers

Unlocking the power of digital and social media for your business is the theme of an upcoming free event which will be hosted by Cork Business Association (CBA) in association with AIB Bank.

This event will offer suggestions on how businesses can utilise data analytics to shed light on consumer spending patterns allowing and takes place at AIB 66 South Mall Cork on Tuesday 11 June from


The event will feature a panel of experts to speak on the night including Brian Deegan, who is a digital content specialist at AIB. Brian will be making a presentation titled Unlocking the power of digital and social media for your business.

This will be followed by a presentation by Alan Makim who is Head of Retail & Franchising at AIB and will talk about consumer spending patterns. Alan will give an insight into the power of data analysis in understanding your customer base and their behaviour.

This event is suitable for anyone with an interest in online and retail. Reception and registration will take place at AIB 66 South Mall at 6pm and the event itself will commence at 6.15pm sharp with opportunities to network with fellow professionals afterwards.
