Wednesday, 20th November, 2019 4:35pm

An evening of mulled wine, champagne and all-round pampering awaits those bold enough to start Christmas early at Fota this December.

On 9 December, shoppers at the Fota Island Spa Festive Fun Christmas event will be treated to exclusive discounts, treatment demonstrations, expert skincare advice and the chance to win a host of magnificent prizes, all with a glass of bubbly in hand.

Taking place from 7pm, the evening will kick off with a festive mulled wine and canapé reception in the cosy setting of Fota Island Spa.

The evening will be hosted by go-to beauty guru Triona McCarthy who will give insider tips for the perfect Christmas make-up looks, as well as sharing some top secret titbits she’s learned throughout her illustrious career in the beauty and fashion industry.

Triona will be joined by a host of guest speakers on the night, including Fota’s spa expert Gosia, and a representative from VOYA Skincare who will all be offering expert tips and advice on looking after your skin at home.

Throughout the evening a representative from VOYA skincare will also be on hand to offer winter beauty tips and tricks to ensure you are amply prepped for the upcoming festive season, while the Fota Fitness team offer guests advice on how to eat healthily throughout the Christmas holidays.

Festive Fun at Fota Island Resort takes place on 9 December from 7pm. Tickets are available for €26.50 per person, and can be booked through Eventbrite. For more information call Fota Island Spa on 021-4673131 or email spa@fotaisland.ie.
