Christmas fair for donkey sanctuary

Wednesday, 13th November, 2019 4:41pm

With Christmas just around the corner, why not put your Christmas hats on and kick of this years celebrations at the Donkey Sanctuary?

On the day there will be over 40 stalls full of artisan gifts and delicacies up for grabs, with stocking filler and gift ideas everywhere to be found.

The Donkey Sanctuary’s very own Christmas cards and calendars will be available to buy on the day also.

There will also be activities for children with the opportunity to meet some of the donkeys.

The Donkey Sanctuary, which was originally founded in 1969, found its way to Cork in 1987 with the help of Paddy Barrett, who had the vision of donkeys and mules living free from suffering, and where their contribution to humanity is fully valued.
