The Marquee returns!

It’s back! Tonight finally sees the return of Live at the Marquee on Leeside.

The fourteenth edition of the long-running festival kicks off this evening with another packed line-up of comedy, music and exciting international acts.

Irish pop balladeers Kodaline launch this year’s festival at the famous tent, with support from local act Stephanie Rainey.

Major acts announced for the 2018 edition include Dublin band The Script, Canadian rock star Alanis Morissette and electronic pioneers Kraftwerk, who will perform their internationally renowned 3-D show.

Among the other Irish acts playing this year are Bell X1, Picture This, Christy Moore, The Coronas and 2FM Live with Jenny Greene and the RTE Concert Orchestra.

As well as home-grown talent, there will also be a host of international artists gracing Leeside in June and July. a-ha, Don McLean, James Bay, Jack Johnson, Nathan Carter and Chic featuring Nile Rodgers will all take to the stage across the summer, while comedy will come from Tommy Tiernan and Dara O’Briain.
