Heat pumps extract solar heat trapped in the ground, allowing water to be heated to temperatures of up to 60 degrees centigrade.

They have a very low running cost and require no maintenance, providing savings of up to 60% on ordinary heating systems. The system has been developed by Alternative Heating & Cooling Ltd, who can be contacted at 028 23701.
