KPI Business Solutions is owned by Anne Pettit, Principal Consultant, who has exceptional experience in managing teams, functions and businesses of various sizes and complexities.
Anne has also managed a number of re-organisation and restructuring projects, as well as regularly working on special HR projects including investigations, high level union negotiations, Labour Court representation and Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) representation.
As a talent development specialist, Anne focuses on strategic management and soft skills, having previously worked in a lecturing capacity for UCC, NUI Maynooth, the IMI and the IITD.
