The Baileys Flame is the brainchild of Alan Chawke, head barman at Seventy Six on the Mall in the Imperial Hotel, and is certainly a showstopper!
Ingredients:
40ml Baileys
25ml butterscotch liqueur
40ml Goldshlagger vodka
Goslings 151 rum
Cinnamon powder
Method:
Pour the Baileys, butterscotch liqueur and Goldschalgger vodka into the shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
Gently add the dark rum so that it floats on the top.
Light the rum on fire and then shake the cinnamon on top of the flame to create some magic this festive season.
