Going, going, gone!

One of the region’s biggest auction providers will hold its first public auction of the year later this month.

After an especially triumphant year, The Munster Property Auction has seen more than 90 per cent of its offered properties successfully sold, and has already recorded significant levels of enquiries so far in 2020.

The company is the only auction provider in Ireland which does not charge admission or marketing fees to enter an auction. It also promises to agree a fair reserve with each property owner, which is the minimum amount the property owner will receive for their property.

Patrick Convey, Director of The Munster Property Auction, said: “After a busy end to 2019 and an even busier start to 2020, we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the properties on offer.

“Our auctions will offer over 20 assets across Munster and we have some fantastic properties on offer. Furthermore, with clarity around Brexit now, buyers have been back in force in 2020 and we are expecting strong interest in the majority of the lots.”

The Munster Property Auction’s first auction of 2020 will be held on 27 February at The Rochestown Park Hotel from 7pm with registration beginning at 6.30pm.
