The raan special sees the chef marinate a whole leg of lamb in vinegar, yoghurt, garam masala, bay leaves, fresh ginger and garlic and then bake it in the oven. It’s served with plain naan, pilau rice and salad too. Special dishes like raan need to be ordered in advanced.

For those who like plainer food, it also has mild stir fry recipes, grilled lamb chops, breaded scampi and grilled chicken.
