Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, worried, isolated, or simply wish you could be calmer and happier everyday?

Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre are providing new varied online meditation classes to suit everyone. Meditation is a simple but highly effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.

During these classes people will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.

You will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have harmony in your relationships.

By doing meditation for 10-15 minutes everyday many of your usual problems will naturally fall away.

Tara Buddhist Centre has been providing half day meditation workshops since 2014. These meditation workshops have been popular in Cork.

Now online with a new meditation teacher appointed for Cork, Buddhist nun Kelsang Drolma, they are able to provide more regular classes in Cork, with the intention that when it is safe to do so, they will offer regular weekly classes in person.

The Meditation Online programme offers three lunchtime 30 minute classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and two evening classes.

On Monday there’s Meditation for Everyday Life which runs for an hour and on Wednesday Habits of Happy People runs for 90 minutes.

The classes are live streamed, with time in the evening classes for questions and answers.
