Win a holiday house in Spain

There’s less than one week left to be in with a chance of winning a house on the beach on the coast of Almería in Spain.

Organised by Sesortea.es, one lucky winner will be picked out of the live draw on 25 March with tickets costing €5 each.

The house comes furnished with access to a swimming pool, two terraces, a private car park, storage room, lift, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has air conditioning.

The draw will be live on the Sesortea.es website so that everyone can see the winning number being chosen.

There's access to a lovely swimming pool.

With an annual rainfall of 200mm, it’s one of the driest places in Spain making it the perfect getaway and escape from Ireland’s wet weather.

Manuel Gonzalvez, CEO of Sesortea, said: “Regardless of how many tickets we sell, on 25 March a notary will select a number at random to identify a winner. “If that ticket number has not been sold, they will select another until we find one that has, and that person will win the house.”

He added: “In Spain the law is very strict when it comes to house raffles, which means participants know what they are getting, and the raffle organiser can’t change the rules half-way through.”

The deadline to enter is 22 March. There is no minimum number of tickets sold for the draw to take place which means there will be no postponements and a sure winner.

Manuel concluded: “We take care of most of the taxes. If the winner is outside of Spain, we will pay most of the proportional part of the taxes that we pay to a Spanish winner.”
