Book launch on Sunday
With resilience being the core theme of the recent addition to Book Hub Publishing Groups’ ‘Mental Health for Millennials’ book series, Cathy Fitzgibbon, aka The Culinary Celt, has contributed a chapter on body resilience from a culinary perspective.
The book is being launched this Sunday 10 October to coincide with World Mental Health Day. Cathy believes it’s important to be kept informed on the role food plays on our mental health. She maintains the narrative needs to move away from dieting culture to eating more mindfully, locally and with the seasons.
“We are blessed here in Cork with the abundance of fresh local produce on our doorstep,” she said.
As life can be complex for teens and millennials with the age of the internet presenting many challenges, this book, along with the other books in the series is a great reading resource tool that intends to inspire and educate millennials on a range of diverse topics.
