Visit Verd for variety

Plants and pots can make gorgeous gifts during the festive season and it’s a great way to shop local too.

A gift from Verd will tick both of those boxes. Established in 2020, Verd was created out of the necessity of bring nature into homes and offices.

The business started online, then once Covid-19 restrictions were lifted, their plants were sold at a local farmers market, then at pop up markets and after that Verd had a fixed stall at the Marina Market in Cork.

In December 2021, the team found the perfect spot in Cork city and opened a permanent location at 18 Washington Street.

All their plants are carefully curated and well maintained while waiting for their forever home.
