Love Cherish is right in vogue

Last Thursday I attended the official launch of a beautiful collaboration between British label Hope and Ivy and Irish boutique Love Cherish where TV personality and podcaster Vogue Williams stepped out in style and hosted an exclusive garden party at Bloom, in Hayfield Manor. These two powerhouses of fashion have joined together to create a stunning eight-piece collection of dresses that could take you from summer garden party, wedding or night out and are sure to be the pieces that you pull out of your wardrobe time and time again.

The weather gods were smiling down on us as we took our seats in the garden of Hayfield Manor and we were treated to a showcase of the entire collection modelled to perfect by Upfront Model Management. Vogue then hosted a Q&A with Maeve and the Hope & Ivy girls where we gained great insight into the inspiration and process behind the collection.

This collaboration marks a significant international milestone in the journey of both businesses. Collectively, the two brands have poured their passion and creativity into every piece, resulting in a harmonious blend of timeless classics with a modern twist that embodies grace, confidence, and femininity. Hope and Ivy, created by Beth Chilton and Sarah Sleightholm Hope, are known for their distinctive bohemian edge as well as pieces that exude confidence and femininity, epitomised by beautiful embroidery and hand-drawn prints.

“We are so excited for our Irish customers to have something special that was created with them in mind," said Beth from Hope & Ivy London. Love Cherish boutique has been a stalwart of the Irish fashion scene for over a decade and needs no introduction to anyone who loves fashion and style. This is the first international collaboration for the boutique who have been stocking the Hope and Ivy label for over 8 years.

The collection is a mix of everything you would expect from a collaboration between these two with beautiful embroidery, vibrant colour, flattering silhouettes and statement yet easy-to-wear prints. There really is something for everyone with classic wrap styles that are universally flattering, pencil dresses that create a gorgeous hourglass shape for the wearer and cutouts at the back that create visual interest and give something a little different to the look.

Above all there is an eclectic mix of sumptuously soft, flowing fabrics that have been handpicked to ensure a luxurious feel against the skin and ease of wear. The dresses are also cut in such a way that you can wear a regular bra with all of them and it's this attention to practicalities that I love and is often so hard to achieve with occasion wear dresses. If you’re looking for a fabulous dress, then look no further than the Hope & Ivy x Love Cherish collection.

The collection is available exclusively on www.lovecherish.com and on www.hopeandivy.co.uk.
