A cheeky morning stroll
A completely naked man was spotted walking casually through Cork city centre on Monday morning, apparently just nipping out for a coffee and a newspaper.
A video of the incident shows the man crossing Clontarf Street towards Lower Oliver Plunkett Street not far from the city's bus station.
He appears to be holding a takeaway coffee cup and a newspaper as he picks his way leisurely along the busy footpath heading towards Jurys Inn.
The video, filmed from a car stopped in traffic, shows passersby not paying much attention to the naked man as they go about their business.
The Cork Independent contacted the gardaĆ who said they received no report of the incident.
Under Irish law, a person who exposes his or her genitals intending to cause fear, distress or alarm to another person is guilty of an offence.
