Paul McCarthy brings Hello My Friend to Cork Opera House next month.

Wellbeing seminar set for the big stage

A live event offering motivational advice on fulfilment, wellbeing, and personal growth will run for one night only at the Cork Opera House next month.

Led by Cork’s own Paul Mc Carthy and his family, Hello My Friend sets out to connect individuals with their inner selves and create a path towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Rooted in the spirit of generosity, Hello My Friend has allowed the McCarthy family to give back to their hometown of Cork city by helping people on their journey of self-discovery.

Through Hello My Friend, the McCarthy family has helped people to achieve their goals, be it weight loss, career progression, or finding piece of mind.

As Paul himself reveals “Hello My Friend has become something much bigger than ourselves.”

The show invites audience members to immerse themselves in a live exploration of motivational tools designed to ignite passion, redefine purpose, and promote personal growth.

Well-being, fulfilment, and enlightenment are at the core of Hello My Friend, a show that strives to reshape perspective and leave audience members inspired and equipped with the tools to enact lasting change.

Organisers say: “This is not just a show; it’s a catalyst for transformation, a symphony of empowerment that will resonate within you long after the final curtain falls.”

Hello My Friend will take place at the Cork Opera House on 23 March.

The show time is 8pm and tickets are available for €28.50 including admission fees.
