Do you have a trusty pair of black trousers?

There are a few things I can’t live without in my wardrobe.

Things that complete my outfit and make me feel ready to face the day. With these items I know I can create versatile looks and my outfits will always feel complete.

Here are a few of my outfit essentials and number one on that list is a trusty pair of black trousers.

Often over looked as being boring or a bit office wear I cannot count the amount of times I haven’t known what to wear and a pair of black trousers have saved the day. Super versatile the black trouser can so easily be style up or down and I recently came across a pair that I will be adding to my wardrobe.

While clothes are of course essential to a look I do not feel properly dressed without these finishing touches so for me jewellery and a generous spray of my favourite fragrance are non negotiables when it comes to getting dressed for the day ahead.

I chose the Nejma 4 from the French Oud line and paired it with a violet oil to create my own unique scent and I feel instantly confident when I wear this.

Similarly with jewellery, if I leave the house without it I am running wrong for the day and every outfit is enhanced by a little bit of bling.

For me I have to have a few layers of gold chains mixing maybe one chunkier link chain with a longer and more delicate one which I mix and match different charms on.

I also have a selection of earrings, mainly delicate huggies and a few studs that I wear every day and sometimes I feel like it takes me way too long in the morning to put all the earrings in.
