The new B10 is arriving on Leapmotor dealer forecourts this month.

Make the leap

A new car brand has launched its latest offering this week, the B10 mid-sized SUV, which is set to become one of Ireland’s best value electric SUVs.

Leapmotor launched it in Gowan Auto’s Distribution Centre in Citywest, on Tuesday.

Arriving on Leapmotor dealer forecourts this month, the new B10 represents Leapmotor’s step into the C-Segment SUV market in Ireland. Offering value at B-Segment SUV prices and with two trims on offer together with two battery options, the new B10 is loaded with equipment as standard and retails from just €32,984, inclusive of SEAI grant and VRT rebate.

Ireland’s newest car brand introduced its new B10 model, while setting out its vision and electrified product offensive for 2026 and beyond. The B10 newcomer arrives in Ireland just as the brand is celebrating its first historic global sales milestone. Claiming the number one position among NEV start-up brands globally, the brand’s record-breaking performance in 2025 saw more than 800 points of sale established across Europe, registering 35,000 vehicles in Europe and 596,555 vehicles worldwide.

At the Brussels Motor Show, Leapmotor unveiled three innovative new models. The B03X compact SUV, the sporty B05 coupé and the range-extended Hybrid EV version of B10 will come to market in 2026.

Brand Manager at Leapmotor Ireland Stephen McGrath commented: “With B10, yet again we’re delivering phenomenal value without compromise – a fully-specified, premium C-Segment SUV at B-Segment SUV pricing. It is a direct challenge to established players in the Irish EV market.

“Combined with our compact T03 city car and large C10 family SUV, Leapmotor now offers Irish drivers a complete range of EVs that prioritises affordability alongside exceptional levels of standard equipment and safety. Leapmotor’s new product announcements at last week’s Brussels Motor Show provided the perfect stage to showcase the brand’s exciting plans for 2026, which will bring us to 6 model ranges this year covering all of the best-selling passenger car segments in the Irish market.”

Retailing from €32,984, inclusive of SEAI grant and VRT rebate, for the fully electric entry-level B10 Style trim, it sports a 56.2 kWh battery with up to 361km WLTP range. The 67.1 kWh Design trim, offering up to 434 km WLTP range, retails from €35,996 inclusive of grants.

The two battery options support 11 kW AC and 168 kW DC fast charging, enabling 30-80% charge in approximately 20 minutes.

Since launching in Ireland in October 2025, Gowan Auto set Leapmotor Ireland has rapidly appointed an expanding network of trusted retail partners including Dan Seaman Motors on Forge Hill in Cork city.
