Omnicare design thermostatic care element

Shower safely with Triton

Triton has unveiled their new and improved range of Omnicare thermostatic electric care showers, continuing their commitment to inclusive safety bathroom solutions for all homes.

The popular Omnicare and Omnicare Design options have been updated to incorporate innovative new features that continue to place user accessibility and safety at the heart of their design.

In line with the wider Omnicare collection, the two upgraded units feature an updated cover design, in addition to a single hand slider to facilitate easy customisation for those with limited dexterity.

Facilitating ease of use, a large soft push start/stop button includes illumination on power and offers audible feedback. In addition, the Omnicare Design continues to offer a tactile temperature dial, which utilises soft grey tones and bold markings to help those with visual impairment.

For complete peace of mind, Omnicare and Omnicare Design have been expertly and independently tested and carry both HSE and BEAB Care approvals for safety and performance.

With hygiene standards as important as ever, the showers are supplied with an easy clean five-spray pattern showerhead with a removable spray plate, making maintenance quick and efficient.

The Omnicare model is available with an extended 680mm riser rail kit, while the Omnicare Design unit comes with an extended 940mm option with 2m anti-twist hose and lower-level handset holder, providing flexibility for both seated and standing showering.

An optional multi-purpose grab riser rail kit designed to withstand up to 150kg support load is available to assist end-users who may be unsteady on their feet, or those who need additional support within the shower environment.

Kevin Barrett, Sales Director at Triton Showers, commented: "Our latest improvements to the Omnicare family show our commitment to designing inclusive shower solutions suitable across a few different settings.

"To make installation as simple as possible, it was key that we made Omnicare and Omnicare Design suitable for retrofit applications. The versatility of the range is economical, ensuring replacement is simple and does not incur further work or costs during the installation process."

As the number of people living in multi-generational housing continues to rise, this is an increasingly vital element of specification.
