Charity necklace represents unbreakable bond of support

An Irish jewellery brand has launched a limited-edition necklace to raise money for cancer research.

Dylan Oaks in partnership with long-standing collaborator Jennifer Wrynne have launched the Infinity Necklace to support the fight against breast cancer. Dylan Oaks will donate 100% of the necklace’s €98 retail price to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI), helping fund world-class breast cancer research in Ireland.

This special edition necklace is created in honour of Jennifer Wrynne, a well-known Irish designer and milliner, who has been a close partner of Dylan Oaks for half a decade. Jennifer, 36, is a mother of four and was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year, just a few months after giving birth to her youngest child. She underwent surgery in July and is now undergoing treatment, bravely sharing her journey with nearly 150,000 Instagram followers to raise awareness about early detection and research.

Speaking about the collaboration, Jennifer said: “I am so proud to partner with Dylan Oaks on this beautiful Infinity Necklace in support of the NBCRI. Dylan Oaks has been by my side for years, and their support during my breast cancer journey means everything to me. This necklace represents the unbreakable bond of support I’ve felt, and the hope we have for everyone facing breast cancer. I’m incredibly grateful to every person who purchases this piece - together we’re making a real difference in the fight against this disease.”

John McAnenly, Managing Director of Dylan Oaks, said: “As a brand, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside Jennifer for over five years, and she’s been an integral part of the Dylan Oaks story from the very beginning. When we learned of her diagnosis, we knew we wanted to do something meaningful to show our support – not only for Jennifer, but for everyone affected by breast cancer across the country. The Infinity Necklace represents strength, love, and connection, and by donating not just all profit, but all proceeds to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute, we hope to help fund vital research that will make a difference to so many lives.”

The Infinity Necklace features an elegant interlocking loop design, symbolising an unbroken bond, and endless hope. Crafted from 925 sterling silver and plated in 18kt gold, it’s a piece designed to be worn with pride, not only for how it looks, but for what it stands for. Just as each link in the chain connects to form something strong and enduring, this piece stands for strength, unity, and the continuous support for those affected by breast cancer. The necklace is available as a limited-edition piece exclusively through Dylan Oaks, both online and in-store, with every cent of each purchase going directly to NBCRI’s life-saving research efforts.

Patrick Casey, Director of Operations at NBCRI, also praised the collaboration. “This beautiful piece is a fitting symbol of our mission, just as each link connects to form something strong and enduring, linking knowledge and discovery empowers our researchers to create better treatments, medications, and care in the fight against breast cancer.”
