Cork Institute of Technology

25 years of part-time business degrees

Internationally recognised business qualifications are in ever-increasing demand in the current employment marketplace.

With this in mind, the School of Business at CIT is offering a range of innovative part-time undergraduate degree programmes in business, management and accounting this autumn.

Over 25 years, these degree programmes have helped people to secure professions and enhance their careers in management, accounting and business areas such as supply chain, logistics, sales and HR.

The skills acquired can be directly applied in the business environment. Lectures will be enhanced by guest speakers and live case studies, reflecting CIT’s close links with industry professionals.

CIT has been awarded Institute of Technology of the Year on three occasions and its reputation for excellence and professional standards is reflected in the institute’s work in part-time education. CIT’s established reputation and success has enabled it to develop strong relationships with business and industry.

Head of School of Business Dr Breda Kenny said: “A part time business degree affords graduates the opportunity to advance their careers, enhance their skills and develop a business acumen which can support their future both professionally and academically.”
