Stabbing in Skibbereen

No arrests have been made after a stabbing incident in Skibbereen which left a man in hospital.

Gardaí and emergency services were called to a house in the Riverdale area at approximately 8.15pm on Tuesday night where a 39 year old man had received a number of apparent stab wounds.

The man was taken to CUH with non-life threatening injuries where he is currently receiving treatment. Investigations are ongoing.
