Nice and easy way to save money
A new service is set to save property buyers some money in legal and estate agent fees.
Launched recently, Easyfees.ie says it combines the lowest solicitor and estate agent fees all into one package, offering a hassle-free alternative to customers, saving time and money as they go through the property-buying process.
In development for over a year, the Easyfees.ie team, with its extensive experience and knowledge of the industry, has created an independent panel of established and highly reputable local solicitors and estate agents to bring the best rates in the market to its clients.
Following an in-depth analysis of the Cork property market from January-November 2021, Easyfees.ie found that 5,499 property transactions were made. This was comprised of 2,914 first time buyers, 1,540 mover/purchasers, and 1,045 buy-to-let/investor, based on the national market average.
Easyfees.ie has determined that, had every property buyer in Cork fully availed of their services, Easyfees.ie could have saved customers the following, based on an average house price of €307,000:
• First-time buyers: Over €2.5 million in total or individual savings of €873 including VAT
• Mover/Purchasers: Over €4 million in total or individual savings of €2,633 including VAT & estate agent fees
• Buy-to-let/investors: Over €910,000 in total or individual savings of €873 including VAT
Easyfees.ie also determined that re-mortgagers/mortgage switchers can save up to €622 including VAT on their legal fees through its available service offerings.
