New menu at Oriel Bar & Bistro this summer
One of Cork’s best hotels is launching a new menu at one of its most popular eateries.
The Oriel House Hotel’s new menu at the Oriel Bar & Bistro Cork has been compiled by Head Chef Ian O’Reilly, bringing a variety of modern dishes using the very best local produce available.
Ian brings a wealth of experience which he has gained through 20 years’ in the Irish and international hospitality business, where he has held senior positions in the kitchens of national and multi-national hotel chains.
Some of the new exciting dishes range from small bites like the new summer salad, Cajun chicken wings, goats cheese mousse, breaded scampi, to new mains selections with chef favourites including Irish prime rib-eye, cream of Irish chicken breast, grilled lamb rump steak, to yummy new dessert additions such as sticky toffee pudding, summer fruit pavlova, rich Belgian chocolate brownie, seasonal cheesecake and much more.
Oriel Bar & Bistro caters for any occasion, including family events, special occasions, office parties, corporate gatherings, communions, confirmations and weddings. They offer a tailor made service specific to customer’s requirements and tastes.

BBQ options are available from €29.95pp- call to book your date. There is a daily carvery from 12-3pm and 12-5pm on Sundays.
