Ballincollig business recognised as a truly great place to work

A Cork hotel has been hailed for their outstanding commitment to transforming their workplace culture and creating exceptional employee experiences.

Talbot Hotel Cork has been honoured with the Best Employer Excellence Breakthrough Award at the Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards 2026, while also achieving Great Place to Work Certification 2026/2027 and being recognised as a Great Place to Work for Women.

The award reflects not only the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Talbot Hotel Cork but also the hotel's commitment to the Employer Excellence Programme and to building a business that puts its people at the heart of everything it does.

The achievement has also been recognised by the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF).
