New courses in law and business available at Griffith College Cork

Griffith College Cork has some new courses on offer.

One of these courses is from the Law Faculty for autumn 2021 which includes a Certificate in Legal Studies and Practice and the other is a Certificate in Legal Practice, both QQI-accredited Level 7 programmes on the National Framework of Qualifications.

Both new courses prepare graduates for a career as a legal secretary or as a stepping-stone towards the LLB (Hons) in law degree.

Meanwhile in the Graduate Business School - in addition to the MSc in International Pharmaceutical Business Management degree which focuses on graduates securing quality or management roles in the pharmaceutical industry - the faculty has launched a new QQI-accredited Level 9 postgraduate special purpose award called the Certificate in Quality and Regulatory Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

This new modular course aims to introduce learners to the quality systems and regulatory framework that assures the quality, safety and efficacy of medicinal products.

Griffith College Cork runs a variety of both full-time and part-time, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in law, business, accounting and finance, computing science and pharmaceutical management in addition to professional programmes in law, ACCA and CPA accountancy.

As Griffith College Cork continues to develop and grow its offering, it is also determined to ensure that learners have the best facilities to study with in order to maximise their learning potential.

All lecture rooms and computer labs are equipped with the latest technology, the college has said.

Griffith College Cork sits in the heart of Cork city, just a short ten-minute walk from St Patrick’s Street, where learners can immerse themselves in the dynamic culture Cork city has to offer.
