Donna is also the founder of Roots Kitchen, an award-winning, Irish-owned corporate catering company based in Little Island. Since 2017, Roots Kitchen has grown from a small online lunch delivery service into a full-scale catering provider for corporate clients, now employing over 10 staff members.

Through Chop Chop, Donna shares the expertise she’s developed in Roots Kitchen and across her career, offering recipes, food events, and a podcast for fellow food lovers.
